We are continuing to investigate the issue which is affecting MTC Tenant Creation in Japan region.
Users may continue to experience failures creating tenants via MTC.
As a workaround, selecting "Retry" after initial failure is successful

引き続き、MTC(Multi-Tenant Console)でのテナント作成において日本リージョンに影響している問題について調査を進めております。
ユーザーの皆様におかれましては、MTC経由でのテナント作成が失敗する現象が継続して発生する可能性がございます。
回避策として、初回の失敗後に「再試行(Retry)」を選択いただくことで、作成が正常に完了することを確認しております。

現在、日本リージョンにおいて MTC テナント作成に影響する問題が発生していることを確認しております。

ご利用のお客様におかれましては、MTC を使用したテナント作成時に失敗が発生する場合があります。

暫定的な回避策として、初回の作成失敗後に「Retry（再試行）」を実行することで、正常に作成できる場合があることを確認しております。
